Private sector lender DCB Bank has appointed Ashu Sawhney as the Head of Human Resources, according to ETHRWorld report.
“I’m happy to share that I’ve been appointed as Head – Human Resources at DCB Bank. It has been an amazing journey thus far and I am looking forward to further enhance people practices going ahead,” Sawhney wrote in a LinkedIn post.
Before the elevation, Sawhney was working at the company as the Head of Recruitment, Engagement, Performance Management & Rewards, HR Payroll and Operations.
Sawhney joined DCB Bank in December 2007 as HR Business Partner.
Before joining DCB Bank, she had served at Atos for more than five years, most recently as Manager – Recruitment.
