Non-banking finance company, IIFL Finance Limited, announced the appointment of Abhiram Bhattacharjee as Chief of Staff, with effect from October 18, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), the Board of Directors of the Company based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, at its Meeting held today, considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Abhiram Bhattacharjee as Chief of Staff with effect from October 18, 2023.”
Abhiram Bhattacharjee has over 29 years of experience in Investment Banking, Financial Advisory and Commercial Banking.
He has contributed for more than a decade and half at Kotak group across investment banking, group strategy and investor relations, a statement said.
Prior to Kotak, he held diverse responsibilities at distinguished companies like Morgan Stanley, Ernst & Young and ICICI Securities.
He holds a Bachelor of Technology and Master of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
