Intense Technologies Limited, a global enterprise software products company, announced the appointment of Nitin Sarda as Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from June 1, 2023. He succeeds Madhukar Nayak Halasinakatte, who has resigned from the role of CFO, w.e.f May 31, 2023.
Nitin Sarda is a professional possessing diverse experience of more than 12 years. He started his career with Ernst & Young consulting firm M&A Indian tax & regulatory arm. Thereafter, he moved to MKM Commercial Holding LLC, Dubai, UAE, as Management Analyst heading Finance & Accounts for their trucking, warehousing, container trading & C&F division. After which, Sarda joined GeneSys Biologics Private Limited, a start-up biotechnology entity engaged in the development & commercialization of Insulin Biosimilars.
Sarda has rich experience in Finance, Corporate Strategy, Fund Raising, Organization Restructuring, Treasury Operations, Accounting & Taxation, a statement said.
Nitin Sarda is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) & Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In addition to this, he has also completed Company Secretary Course from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
