Livspace, a home interior, and renovation platform, has elevated Rohit Modi as Group Chief Technology Officer. Praveen Kumar, VP and Engineer at Livspace has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Abhishek Kasina, who has been leading product initiatives, has been promoted to Chief Product Officer.
The technology team added valuable contributions while realigning capabilities to further accelerate its growth, the company said.
The company had recently announced expansion plans across 80 markets. It also plans to invest $50 million to support the expansion and further grow the team overseas.
In his new role, Modi will be responsible for shaping the company’s global technological vision, leading cutting-edge, market-ready tech solutions across regions, and fostering new skills within the organisation tied to big data and analytics.
Over the years, Kumar has been leading engineering teams, product development, and management. He will now own key deliverables on platform scalability and performance while driving new growth opportunities through disruptive technologies and innovation, the statement said.
Kasina will lead the evolution of Livspace’s global product portfolio, a statement added.
