Lowe’s India, the retail technology and analytics center for Lowe’s Companies Inc., announced the appointment of Mohith Mohan as Senior Director for Human Resources for India operations, according to ET report.
Mohan has vast experience of over 17 years in handling HR in the financial, product, and retail industries. Prior to this role, Mohith Mohan served as the Divisional Vice President and Site Leader at Hudson’s Bay Company. Prior to that, Mohan was Director – Human Resources at Fidelity Investments. He has also worked at Yahoo and V Group.
In his new role, Mohan will be responsible for change management, recruitment, workforce planning, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management of a workforce which is more than 2900 people strong. He will also oversee the culture and diversity activities at Lowe’s India, according to a statement.
Mohith Mohan holds an MBA in Human Resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Industrial Engineering.
