According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors has approved appointment of Mrs. Angna Arora (ACS: 17742) as Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. November 28, 2023.”
Angna Arora is a qualified Company Secretary with B.com (Hons) and is a LLB graduate from Delhi University. She has more than 19 years of experience in industries like Information Technology, Media and Entertainment in Secretarial and Compliance Function. She joined LTI in 2011 and has been instrumental in getting the Company listed in 2016 besides various other accomplishments in strengthening the corporate governance in the Company.
