NDTV Group, a leading media company focusing on broadcast and digital news publication, has appointed Gaurav Shah as the Head of Human Resources, according to ETHRWorld report.
Shah will be based in New Delhi, and will report to Sanjay Pugalia, CEO and Editor-in-Chief, NDTV Group, a statement said.
Shah comes with over 20 years of experience in IT/ITES, telecom and integrated infrastructure with conglomerates. Prior to joining NDTV Group, Shah was General Manager and Senior HR Business Partner at Adani Enterprises. Before that, he worked at Tata Teleservices as Deputy Manager – Human Resource. He has also served at Reliance Communications.
In his new role, Shah will be leading the NDTV Group’s end-to-end HR functions, encompassing talent, culture and change management.
