Hawkins Cookers Limited announced the appointment of Neha Maheshwari as Compliance Officer of the company, effective April 1, 2022. She succeeds Hutoxi Bhesania, who has retired from the position of the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with effect from March 31, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “The Board has appointed Mrs. Neha Maheshwari, Assistant Company Secretary of the Company, who is a qualified Company Secretary, as the Compliance Officer with effect from April 1, 2022.”
Neha Maheshwari joined Hawkins in November 2014. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has an experience of 7 years in the Secretarial department of the Company and has handled all compliances under the Company Law and SEBI Regulations, the statement said.
