Pricol Limited, an automotive components and precision engineered products manufacturer, announced the appointment of Priyadarsi Bastia as Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from July 1, 2022. He succeeds P. Krishnamoorthy, who has resigned from the role of CFO of the company.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 14th June, 2022 has appointed Mr. Priyadarsi Bastia as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel under Section 203 of Companies Act, 2013, with effect from 1st July 2022.”
Priyadarsi Bastia, aged 44 years, has an overall experience of 22 years in the field of corporate finance, accounting, taxation, treasury, product costing, budgeting, pricing, process controls and improvements, cost optimization, investment evaluations, etc.
Priyadarsi Bastia is qualified Chartered Accountant. Presently he is working as General Manager – Finance of the Company. Prior to this he was working with M/ s. Murugappa Group, Chennai, M/s. KPMG, Chennai and M/s. Sastri & Shah, Chennai.
