It is reported that Rajeev Sawhney, of of the key executives at HCL Technologies has quit. Rajeev has been an HCL veteran, having been with the company for over 28 years. Recently he was the President for HCL Technologies – Europe, and head of emerging global verticals of Aerospace & Defense, Public Sector & Government and Energy & Utilities.
In his most recent role, he has been responsible for leading the strategic direction of HCL in its mission to deliver transformational outsourcing and IT enabled services to organizations across Europe.
Earlier on, in his career he was also a part of HCL-Hewlett Packard Limited, HCL’s joint venture with Hewlett Packard. He is an alumnus of University of Delhi and has studied strategic management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
