According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we would like to inform you that Mr. Riyaz Ladiwala, President and Head of Technology & Operations (Senior Management Personnel) of the Company has tendered his resignation and the same will be effective from closure of business hours on January 10, 2024.”
