According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that Mr. Shubham Kapoor has been appointed as General Manager – Human Resource of the Company with effect from 15th April 2024 and he will also be considered as Senior Management under Regulation 16(1)(d) of the Listing Regulations.”
Shubham Kapoor has completed his B.Tech in Electronics Engineering and PGDM-HR from IMT Ghaziabad. He was associated with companies like Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, FINO PayTech Limited. His last stint was with Zydus Wellness Limited where he was acting as Head HRSales.
