Shadowfax Technologies Limited, a tech-driven third-party logistics company, has announced key additions to its Board of Directors, bringing in a mix of internal leadership and seasoned governance expertise as it readies for its next growth phase.
Two senior leaders from within the company — Praharsh Chandra, Chief Business Officer, and Gaurav Jaithlia, Head of Business Strategy — have been appointed as Whole-Time Directors. The move signals a deepening of the company’s strategic bench strength at the board level. Both have played central roles in shaping Shadowfax’s operational and strategic direction.
The company has also brought in Dinkar Gupta as a Non-Executive Independent Director. A retired Indian Police Service officer, Gupta has served as the Director General of Police, Punjab, and later as Director General of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) until his retirement in 2024. He brings with him decades of leadership experience in national security and public service, including multiple presidential honors for gallantry and distinguished service.
Commenting on the appointments, Abhishek Bansal, Chairman, MD & CEO of Shadowfax, said, “Having two of our senior management personnel, Praharsh Chandra and Gaurav Jaithlia, join the Board along with Dinkar Gupta adds immense depth to our leadership. Together, they bring a powerful blend of institutional knowledge, strategic foresight, and governance expertise.”
Founded in 2015, Shadowfax operates a nationwide logistics network serving e-commerce, quick commerce, food delivery, and hyperlocal mobility. The company recently filed a pre-draft red herring prospectus with SEBI, marking a potential step toward an IPO, subject to approvals and market conditions.
