According to the company’s exchange filing, “this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the appointment of Ms. Shilpi Asthana as Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from December 27, 2021.”
Shilpi Asthana (DIN 08465502), a Commerce graduate from Delhi University, MBA from Sikkim Manipal University and Diploma in Industrial Relations and Labor Law from Symbiosis, Pune, is a Professional with experience in various facets of HR function including Manpower Planning, Industrial relations, People Management etc.
During around a decade of work experience, Asthana was associated with reputed Companies in Real Estate, Infrastructure & Project Engineering industry, the statement said.
