Siti Networks Limited, a multi system operator owned by the Essel Group, announced the appointment of Vikash Khanna as Chief Financial Officer of the company, effective October 8, 2021.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 7, 2021, has approved the appointment of Mr. Vikash Khanna as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from October 8, 2021.”
Vikash Khanna is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate from Kolkata University.
With over 25 years of vast experience across the finance spectrum, including accounts, taxation, investor relations, fundraising, IPO, banking relations, etc, Khanna most recently served as Vice President Finance at ABIS Exports India Pvt. Ltd.
Khanna has also been associated with Inter Globe Aviation, Jet Airways, Continental Engines, and CESC Limited in various capacities in the past.
