The Pune-based edtech startup – Blend Infotech, has rolled-out ‘pay after placement’ – a unique model based on income share agreement for its software engineering courses.
The ISO certified skill and career academy aims to enroll, train and give placement to over 10,000 aspirants through this model, and claims that the model has already seen huge success since launch.
“This model will ensure that talent does not remain relegated to the background due to lack of financial resources. It is our way to support the government’s will to create gainful employment for all,” – Jilani Shaikh, founder and chief executive officer at Blend Infotech, said.
