Technip Energies has inducted 280 graduate trainees into its India operations this year, with a significant share—around 60%—being women engineers. The move signals the company’s focus on building a diverse and future-ready workforce.
The intake spans across key office locations in Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Dahej. Recruits were selected through campus drives at several leading engineering institutions, including IITs and NITs.
“This new cohort of trainees will be the energy game-changers in strengthening our project delivery and technological solutions,” said Davendra Kumar, Managing Director, Technip Energies India.
The recruitment drive aligns with the company’s ongoing talent and innovation agenda. Earlier this year, Technip Energies announced the opening of a new operating office at GIFT City in Ahmedabad and launched a Research & Innovation Centre at IITM Research Park in Chennai—further expanding its local and global project delivery capabilities.
Technip Energies also continues to collaborate with academic institutions to support energy transition goals and offer structured learning programs to help trainees grow within the organisation.
“Our commitment is not just hiring talent but also shaping a workforce that mirrors the future we want to build—diverse, driven, and ready to lead,” said Judy Manjlekar, Director of People and Culture – India and APAC.
