Copyright Policy for Sponsored Content

All sponsored content published on HrNxt.com is subject to the following copyright terms:

  • Ownership:
    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sponsored content published on HrNxt.com is copyrighted by HrNxt.com. This includes articles written by our editorial team or co-created in collaboration with the sponsoring organization.
  • Author Credit and Branding:
    Sponsored articles will include appropriate attribution, including brand name and contributor name (if applicable), along with a “Sponsored” or “Partner Content” label. Logos, disclaimers, and author bios may also be included, depending on the arrangement.
  • License for Use:
    The sponsoring organization is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to share, redistribute, and republish the article as-is, with clear attribution to HrNxt.com and a link back to the original article.
  • No Modifications Without Approval:
    Sponsors may not modify the content once published on HrNxt without written consent. If edited versions are required for internal or alternate use, they must be reviewed and re-approved.

Indemnity Clause

By submitting content (guest post, article, or sponsored content) to HrNxt.com, the contributor or sponsoring organization agrees to the following:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HrNxt.com, its editorial team, affiliates, and its holding company from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Any breach of your representations or warranties, including but not limited to originality of content, proper use of third-party material, or compliance with copyright laws;
  • Any claim that the submitted content violates the rights of a third party (including intellectual property rights, defamation, privacy, or publicity rights);
  • Any errors, omissions, or misleading statements in the submitted content;
  • Any violation of applicable laws or regulations related to advertising, endorsements, or disclosure (particularly in sponsored or promotional content).

This indemnity remains in effect even after the content is published or removed from HrNxt.com.
