The recruiters are interested in assessing your relevance, your potential, and your ability to deliver. Most of these are going to be assessed based on what you say, and how you say it.

When you are interviewing for a job – it’s like a sales pitch – you must understand the opportunity, you must be interested and must demonstrate that you are a suitable candidate. Being well prepared – makes you appear more confident, makes you appear relevant and gives you an edge as compared to others in line for the job.
