[24]7.ai ramps up hiring in India amid COVID-19

A customer engagement solutions provider firm, [24]7.ai, has increased hiring amid the Covid-19 healthcare crisis. The firm has added 2,500 employees to its workforce mainly at its Hyderabad and Bengaluru facilities.

With this, the total workforce stands at 6,000 in India, according to a company statement.

“When the first lockdown was announced to help beat the novel coronavirus, it altered the entire business landscape. We gradually shifted from survival mode to strategy mode and found an opportunity in this new way of working,” said Animesh Jain, chief delivery officer of [24]7.ai for India and the Americas.

[24]7.ai claims to redefine the way companies interact with consumers. Using artificial intelligence and machine learning to understand consumer intent, the company’s technology helps companies create a personalized, predictive and effortless customer experience across all channels.

The startup states that the world’s largest and most recognizable brands are using intent-driven engagement from [24]7.ai to assist several hundred million visitors annually through more than 1.5 billion conversations, most of which are automated. The result is an order of magnitude improvement in digital adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
