Asian Paints pledges Rs35 cr towards Covid-19 relief

Industrialists and companies across the globe are coming together to fight these unprecedented situations created due to the coronavirus pandemic. Every day companies and leaders are joining the fight against Covid-19, announcing their contribution to contain the further spread of the coronavirus in India and the world. 

Asian Paints has announced its contribution of Rs. 35 crores towards Covid19 Relief Fund. The contribution will be made to the Central as well as other Emergency Relief State funds to combat Covid-19 pandemic.

“As a socially responsible company, Asian Paints is committed to providing necessary support towards various relief measures announced by the government to combat Covid-19” said K.B.S. Anand, Managing Director & CEO, Asian Paints Limited.

“We will continue to work with various Government bodies to aid the community at large” he added.

Earlier today, TVS Motor Company, a reputed manufacturer of two-wheelers and three-wheelers and its Group Companies TVS Credit Services Ltd, Sundaram-Clayton Ltd., and others announced their commitment to donate Rs. 25 Crores to the PM’s Relief Fund (PM-CARES) to aid the battle against COVID-19.
