Workspace solutions provider Awfis has announced its partnership with consulting firm Zinnov for the 18th edition of Zinnov Confluence 2025, a key event focused on the evolving Global Capability Centre (GCC) landscape.
The collaboration underscores Awfis’ growing role in supporting global firms as they expand their operations in India through flexible, design-forward workspaces. Over 60% of Awfis’ clients are now global enterprises and GCCs, with recent additions including Zinnov itself, Meltwater, and ABC Fitness at its Hyderabad centres.
“GCCs today need more than real estate — they need work environments that are flexible, scalable, and strategic,” said Amit Ramani, CMD, Awfis Space Solutions Ltd. “Our partnership with Zinnov is rooted in this understanding.”
Zinnov, known for advising nearly 200 global enterprises on building and scaling GCCs, is using Confluence 2025 to explore how these centres are moving beyond execution to become drivers of innovation and enterprise growth. The event will focus on emerging operating models, technology trends, and the central role of talent.
“At the heart of every GCC is talent,” noted Nitika Goel, Managing Partner and CMO at Zinnov. “Workspaces have become strategic assets that blend psychology, design, and innovation — and Awfis gets that.”
With the Indian GCC market projected to nearly double by 2030 — from $46 billion to $85 billion — Awfis is expanding its premium offerings like “Elite by Awfis” across major metros to meet growing demand from global players. The company says it’s building workspaces not just for today’s needs, but for the future of how and where people work.
