3i Infotech Limited, a Mumbai-based global IT company, announced the resignation of Mrinal Ghosh as Chief Financial Officer, effective from 14th September, 2021.
According to the exchange filing, “This is to inform you that Mr. Mrinal Ghosh- Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has tendered his resignation dated 16 th August 2021 and he will be relieved from the duties as a CFO effective 14th September, 2021.”
“Mrinal is currently being assisted by our India Finance Controller, Balaji Krishnaswamy. Balaji is a Chartered Accountant with 24 years of experience and he also has a Master’s degree in Financial Management. This apart, one of the top global consulting & advisory firms is also enabling us to manage this transition,” the company said.
“Our Chief Performance Officer, Harish Shenoy, who manages Business Excellence and Global Risk & Compliance has been appointed a Key Managerial Personnel of the company. He will oversee the Finance Function post 14th September, while we wait for our new CFO to join,” it added.
