Aadhar Housing Finance has appointed Vikas Bansal as its Chief Human Resources Officer, according to ETHRWorld report.
Bansal comes with over 23 years of experience spanning across financial services & insurance, FMCG, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.
Prior to joining Aadhar Housing Finance, Bansal was working as CHRO at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance. Previously, he served at Unilever RUS, Hindustan Unilever, Unilever Asia and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories.
Bansal started his career at Hero Honda as an Assistant Manager – HR in 2000.
Bansal holds a Master’s in Personnel Management & HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune.
