ABB India Limited announced the appointment of Trivikram Guda as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective December 22, 2021.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e., on December 21, 2021 has appointed Mr. Trivikram Guda (ACS 17685) as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, effective December 22, 2021.”
Trivikram Guda, is a qualified Company Secretary. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretary of India (ICSl) holding Membership No. 17685. He has more than 18 years’ experience in the areas of Secretarial and Legal matters, the statement said.
