Acrow India Limited announced that Harshavardhan Bharat Doshi has resigned from the role of Chairman of the company, with effect from December 19, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we hereby inform you that Mr. Harshavardhan Bharat Doshi, Non-Executive Director (“NED”) of the Company, has resigned from directorship of the Company with effect from the closure of business hours of Monday, December 19, 2022, due to pre-existing commitments and time constraints.”
Acrow India Limited manufactures material-handling systems, sugar factory equipment, industrial storage solutions and electronic bulk-weighing systems.
