It is learnt that Airtel has appointed Srinivasan Gopalan (ex Vodafone UK) to lead the Consumer Business for the company. This move may be a continuation of the series of changes brought around beginning the appointment of Gopal Vittal as CEO for Airtel Indian Operations.
Srinivasan Gopalan would be joining Airtel as Director – Consumer Business. The position would be reporting to Gopal Vittal. Gopalan, had been with Vodafone, UK for last three years, prior to which he had been with T Mobile UK, Capital One UK, Unilever, and Accenture.
