According to the company’s exchange filing, “We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of Allsec Technologies Limited (“Company”) at their meeting held today, i.e., Monday, September 25, 2023, based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, have, inter-alia, considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Neeraj Manchanda as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from September 28, 2023.”
