Ambuja Cements has appointed Manoj Kumar Sharma as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Ambuja Cements Limited,” Sharma shared in a LinkedIn post.
Prior to joining Ambuja Cements, Sharma was associated with Adani Electricity Mumbai Limited (AEML) as Senior Executive Vice President and Head – Human Resources. Previously, he worked at Adani Green Energy, Adani Power, A&M Resources, Adani Infra (India), Ispat Industries, Flex Industries, HEG, Aditya Birla Group and Ranbaxy Laboratories.
Sharma holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management (PGDIR&PM), HR from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan. He completed his Bachelor’s in Economics and Public Administration from DAV College, Chandigarh.
