According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors at their meeting held on today, i.e. 12.02.2024 has approved the appointed Mr. Anandh Sundar(DIN: 10409065) as an Additional Director – Independent category w.e.f. 12th February, 2024 for period of 3 years, subject to the approval of the members of the Company.”
Anandh Sundar is experienced finance and management professional having over 12 years’ experience in the field of Corporate Finance, Strategy, Fund raising, project management, Risk management, Internal Audit, Insurance, across Indian Companies, MNCs and Foreign entities. Having worked with BIC Cello (India) Private Ltd (MNC) as Finance Controller and started career with Bharti Airtel in the management trainee program, he brings varied experiences, which he is now deploying in his Management and Financial Consultancy.
