According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 and in continuance to the intimation dated 14th August 2021 for the re-appointment of Mr. Anant Kumar Daga (DIN07604184) as Managing Director of the Company for a further period of five (5) years with effect from 07th September 2021, this is to inform that the Shareholders of the Company, at the 24th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 17th September 2021, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anant Kumar Daga (DIN07604184) as Managing Director of the Company.”
Anant Kumar Daga holds Bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Calcutta and a post-graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
Anant Kumar Daga joined TCNS Clothing Co. Limited as a Chief Executive Officer with effect from March 16, 2010 and has been on the Board since September 07, 2016. Prior to joining TCNS Clothing Co Limited, Anant Kumar Daga has worked with Reebok India and ICICI bank.
Anant Kumar Daga has featured in the Economic Times ‘40 Under Forty list’ of India’s hottest business leaders for 2017 and has been awarded the ‘Brand Professional of the Year Award’ at the CMAI Apex Awards 2017, the statement said.
