According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held today i.e. Friday, June 23, 2023, has appointed Mr. Gopal Perumal (DIN:06630431) as an Additional Director [NonExecutive Non-Independent] of the Company with effect from June 23, 2023.”
Gopal Perumal holds qualification in Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and Diploma in Industry Pollution & Control. He has wide experience of 30 years in the industry.
