Arun Dogra, has been appointed as Vice President & Business head for Ingersoll Rand – Security Technologies, effective July 2012. He would be responsible for leading the security technologies business for the company in India. Earlier , Arun was with Agilent Technologies as their Country Head & VP – Sales & Marketing. He has 25 years of experience in management, sales, marketing, support, electronics manufacturing, quality, R&D etc. In his over 10 years experience at Agilent – he has held the positions of Head – R&D, India, Director – Global Business Services, and most recently he was Country Head & Vice President-Sales, Marketing and Support for Electronics Measurement Group. He has an engineering degree from AMIE, and an MBA from Annamalai University. Prior to Agilent, he has been with Essar Commvision, Lucent , and Bharti Airtel.
Ravi Kumar Dhulipala, has been appointed as Head – Strategic Markets, for Ingersoll Rand, effective April 2012. In his earlier stint, he was Country General Manager – GE Gas Engines. He has worked with British Petroleum, Unilever (Hindustan Lever Limited), Reliance Petroleum, and ITC. He is an alumni of NIT Jalandhar, and has an MBA from ISB. Hyderabad, and MBA – Energy from Georgia Institute of Technology. During his career he has worked in areas of project management, branding, manufacturing, and has also been involved in setting up new line of business.
In his current role, he will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions that leverage multiple sector interventions in strategic markets. He will also be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders and create opportunities for the organization to provide comprehensive solutions by deploying integrated solutions based on multiple product offerings.
