Aster DM Healthcare Ltd appointed Kiran R Baddi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with effect from August 14, 2021.
“The Board of Directors have appointed Mr. Kiran R Baddi as Compliance officer of the Company with effect from closure of business hours on August 14, 2021, pursuant to Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,” the exchange filing said.
Kiran R Baddi holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Karnataka University Dharwad. He holds post graduate diploma in International Business operations from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
He joined Aster DM Healthcare Limited in 2019 and has around 3 years of experience in areas of compliance of the Companies Act 2013, SEBI Regulations and FEMA Regulations. Prior to that, he served as Senior Executive at Narayana Health.
