Realty firm Aurum PropTech Limited announced the appointment of Onkar Shetye as Executive Whole-time Director on the company’s Board, with effect from May 4, 2024.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “We wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of Shareholders, the Board of Directors of the Company (“Board”), at their meeting held on January 18, 2024, have considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Onkar Shetye (DIN: 06372831) as the Executive Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of 3 (Three) years w.e.f. May 04, 2024.”
Onkar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from University of Mumbai and a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Enterprise and Management from United Kingdom. `
