Barbeque-Nation Hospitality Limited, a casual dining restaurant chain, announced the appointment of Anurag Mittal as Chief Financial Officer of the company, with effect from May 19, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “In continuation to our intimation dated May 18, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on May 18, 2022, have approved the appointment of Mr. Anurag Mittal as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from May 19, 2022.”
Anurag is a Chartered Accountant and holds Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons.). He has around 17 years of experience.
In his previous engagement, Anurag was a Senior Director in financial due diligence practice with Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), a global professional services firm. Prior to A&M, Anurag spent around a decade with Big 4 accounting firms – EY and PwC, in financial due diligence and assurance role.
