Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund appoints Anil Chandran as Head – HR

Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has appointed Anil Chandran as the Head of Human Resources, according to ETHRWorld report.

“I’m happy to share that I have joined as Head Human Resources at Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund,” Chandran shared in a LinkedIn post.

Chandran comes with 21 years of experience in different facets of HR such as compensation and benefits, HRM system implementation and migration, performance management framework, recruitment, learning and development interventions and human resources policies.

Prior to joining Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, Chandran was associated with Union Asset Management Company as Head – Human Resources. Previously, he worked at Guardian Industries Corporation, General Motors, Asian Paints and ACC.

Chandran has also served the Indian Army for seven years, most recently as Major. He joined the Army in 1995.

Chandran holds a PGCHRM in Human Resource Management and Services from XLRI Jamshedpur; an MDBA in Personnel Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies; and a BSc in Electronics from Nowrosjee Wadia College, Pune.
