According to the company’s exchange filing, “Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’) and in continuation to our letter dated November 14, 2022, wherein it was informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Monday, November 14, 2022, had approved the appointment of Mr. Peter Bains as an Additional Director (Category: NonExecutive, Independent Director) of the Company”
Peter Bains holds a 30+ years of global experience in strategic & operational leadership roles. He has a successful track record of building brands, businesses, teams and companies. Peter is a Non-Executive Director, Indivior Plc, Non-Executive Director, MiNA Therapeutics Ltd, Non-Executive Director, Apterna Ltd. and was the CEO and Board Director at Syngene International (2010-2016). He was a Senior VP, Commercial Development (International) at GSK from 1986-2009.
Bains holds a B. Sc. (Combined honours in Zoology and Physiology) degree from University of Sheffield, UK.
