Birla Tyres announced that Hervé Frederic Richert has resigned from the role of Chief Executive Officer, effective from July 10, 2021.
“Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(2) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that Herve Frederic Richert has vide his letter dated 7th July, 2021, tendered his resignation from the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company effective closure of business hours on 10th July, 2021,” the company said in its exchange filing.
Earlier, Hervé Frederic Richert had a stint with companies like Lohr Group, Giti Tire, and Michelin.
With a network of 13 distribution centers and 103 depots across India, Birla Tyres is a leading designer and producer of premium tyres for commercial vehicles.
