Brigade Enterprises appoints Pradyumna Krishna Kumar to its Board

Realty company Brigade Enterprises Limited announced the appointment of Pradyumna Krishna Kumar as Executive Director on the company’s Board, with effect from July 12, 2023.

According to the company’s exchange filing, “We wish to inform you that the Board ofa Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e., 12th July, 2023 has inter alia considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Pradyumna Krishna Kumar (DIN: 07870840) as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director, designated as Executive Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from 12th July, 2023 to 11th July, 2028 based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and subject to approval from the Members of the Company in the ensuing Twenty Eighth Annual General Meeting.”

Pradyumna Krishna Kumar has over 17 years of experience and has been associated with Brigade Group, since 2009. Prior to this appointment, Pradyumna Krishna Kumar was the Chief Business Development Officer of the Company. He is involved in/ driven almost all major land acquisitions (including documentation) of the Company over the last 10 years in Bangalore and Chennai. He has focused on expanding the business into the Chennai market over the last five years and overseeing all projects from land acquisition to launch. He is also handling investor relations and private equity investors for over a decade, apart from handling different functions.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Madras and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, Philippines.
