According to the company’s exchange filing, “The Board of Directors upon recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee considered and approved the appointment of Mr. V A Joseph as the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company with effect from November 9, 2023 and is designated as Key Managerial Personnel (“KMP”) of the Company.”
V A Joseph is a qualified Chartered Accountant having more than Three (3) decades of industry experience. He held senior positions in various spectrum of Finance handling accounting, corporate finance, taxation, sale finance, treasury, factory operations, cost saving initiatives and audit. Currently Joseph is Vice President – Finance of M/s. Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, Holding Company of the Company.
During his ~20 years of successful journey in Crompton, Joseph handled various roles in business units and corporate including special projects viz, acquisitions, demerger, fund raising, listing etc. Joseph is regarded as a go-to person, and he believes in collaborative approach, as per the statement.
