Central Bank of India announced the appointment of Chandrakant Bhagwat as Company Secretary of the company, with effect from February 20, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “This is to inform that Mr Chandrakant Bhagwat (ACS -29955) has joined as Company Secretary of the Bank.”
Chandrakant Bhagwat is an Associate Member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. He is a graduate in Commerce and a Master in Business Administration in Finance. He is also a Law graduate.
He has experience of more than 10 years in the Legal & Secretarial area. Before joining Central Bank of India, he was associated with Bank of Maharashtra.
