Bhilosa Industries, a leading manufacturer of polyester yarn based out of Mumbai has announced the appointment of Chandrashekhar Mukherjee as Senior President – Human Resources, according to ET report. He will report to Sandeep Jain, CEO of Bhilosa Industries.
Prior to this role, Mukherjee served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Magic Bus India Foundation. Prior to that, he worked as Chief People Officer at South Indian Bank. Mukherjee has also worked at Srei Infrastructure Finance, National Stock Exchange of India, Bennett, Coleman & Company Ltd (The Times of India Group), Cabot India, Colgate-Palmolive India and Usha India.
In his new role, Mukherjee will focus on e-HR, implementation of organisation system design, and enhancing productivity at the company’s plants, using the Asset Effectiveness Model.

Mukherjee holds a B Com degree in Commerce, Economics & Accountancy from the University of Allahabad and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from the Institute of Engineering & Rural Technology.
