India’s largest Science-based Ayurveda major Dabur India Limited announced the appointment of Anil Bothra as Vice President – Corporate Affairs, with effect from November 17, 2023.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today, i.e. on November 2, 2023, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, have appointed Mr. Anil Bothra as Vice President- Corporate Affairs of the Company in the Senior Management of the Company w.e.f. 17.11.2023.”
Anil Bothra is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Management Accountant and has also done Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in HR and Marketing from Symbiosis in 2013. He has an experience of over 24 years in business/ financial Operations Strategy, financial & strategic planning, capacity /cost projections and corporate governance compliances. He also received CFO 100 award PAN India for FY 20-21.
