Darwinbox, a cloud-based integrated HR platform, announced the appointment of Shaswat Kumar, ex-Alight APAC Head, as the Senior VP of Global Customer Success and Delivery.
Shaswat’s addition to the leadership team is a leap towards fast-tracking Darwinbox’s growth to become a global HCM leader by delivering maximum value to its 600+ customers and 1.3mn users worldwide, the statement said.
Shaswat has previously worked with Hewitt to drive HR effectiveness and in his last role at Aon, he accelerated HR transformation for the company’s largest client group across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions. At Alight Solutions, he helped build a business in the region which operates with a future-forward vision, deep domain knowledge, and technology to generate better solutions for customers.
