Pink Tech Design, an IT company that provides web design and development services, has announced the appointment of Dr Sundaramurthy Pandurangan as Head of Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences, said a statement.
In his new role, Dr Pandurangan will play an integral role in developing and strengthening our AI application development team, the company said.

Prior to this, Dr Pandurangan served as a professor at the Alliance University and made a unique contribution to teaching data science (machine learning algorithms), management science (operations research) and biological science (human anatomy and physiology for engineers) in the same semester.
Pandurangan also worked with PointCross.com, a software product development company where he served as a subject matter expert in molecular biomarker.
Pandurangan holds a PhD in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT Roorkee).
