According to the company’s exchange filing, “In furtherance to our earlier communication dated May 03, 2023 and pursuant to the provisions of the Regulation 30 and all other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, (“LODR”), we wish to inform you that Mr. Vivek Kumar [ICSI Membership No.: A20938], has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. Thursday, June 01, 2023.”
Vivek Kumar is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with overall experience of 16+ years. He has been working with the Company since May, 2021, as Director Corporate Affairs. Prior to joining Delhivery, he has working experience with reputed groups like ITC, Dell, GMR Airports etc.
