Majestic Auto Limited announced the appointment of Dinesh Pandey as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective February 01, 2022.
According to the company’s exchange filing, “the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Monday, January 31, 2022, have approved the appointment of Mr. Dinesh Pandey (ICSI Membership No. A26766) w.e.f. February 1, 2022 as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of SEBI LODR 2015.”
Dinesh Pandey is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI Membership No. A26766) and is a Law Graduate. He has more than 10 years of post qualification experience of working with Listed Companies viz. Security and Intelligence Services India Limited, Sahara Infrastructure & Housing Limited. He has experience in managing secretarial functions & compliance matters ensuring that the Company complies and operates in accordance with statutory & legal provisions, according to the statement.
Majestic Auto Limited was the largest producer of Mopeds in India in the early 80’s. It also manufactured Automobile & Electrical components until 2017. The company ventured into commercial real estate in 2015 by providing office space on lease and facility management services.
