Former Apple executive, Divya Shivaprasad, has joined content platform and production major Netflix in its Talent Acquisition team. At Apple, Shivaprasad served as Senior Technical Recruiter, where she led hiring for – Search and Recommendation (ML), Sports – TV Apps (iOS, UI and Full Stack), Product Management for Apple Media Products and Data Science team in Evaluations.

Prior to Apple, Shivaprasad had a stint of six years at Amazon, where was the Senior Client Lead Recruiter, Recruiting Manager – Amazon Selection and Catalog Systems. She managed a team of Sourcing Recruiters and a Client Lead and partnered with multiple centralized specialty recruiting teams to deliver technical talent to ASCS (Amazon Selection and Catalog Systems).
Before that she had worked at companies like Mahindra Satyam, iLink Systems, Volt Technical Resources and iPomo Communications.
Shivaprasad has completed her Bachelor of Engineering from Global Academy of Technology and her Certification in Human Resource from Bellevue Community College.
