Divya Srivastava has been promoted as CHRO of General Electric Healthcare South Asia. Most recently, she was Total Rewards Global Processes Leader and Sales Compensation Strategy Leader at GE.

Srivastava brings in 14 years of experience working across various HR roles. She joined GE in 2011 as a member of the global HR Leadership Programme (HRLP) and since then, has been associated with GE.
Prior to GE, Srivastava served Hindustan Unilever as Talent & Capability Manager. She holds a BTech degree from the Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET), Lucknow and MA from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai.
